The main interest of the BIOcomputing 3D modelling unit is understanding
proteins. How do they work? Why do they work? Why are they the way they are?
To get answers to these questions we like to collaborate with experimental
scientists. It is one thing to calculate something, but is a whole other game
to prove that the outcome of the calculation is correct.
We therefor often collaborate with experimental scientists (sometimes also with
theoreticians, but only on experimentally validated work). In this directory there
are many secret sub-directories that describe such projects. These sub-directories remain
secret fo a while. Sometimes they stay secret till the project is published, sometimes even
longer. The ones no longer secret are listed here. The ones still secret you cannot get to see.
(unless you try all ~8^128 possible names in your netscape browser).
