List of 'cleaned-up' PDB files.


For every PDB file in the input list a new PDB file is generated. These new files have several characteristics:
  1. The symmetry environment is (deliberately) discarded.
  2. Waters are removed.
  3. Missing atoms are added by modelling.
  4. Asn, Gln and His are flipped to optimise hydrogen bonding.
  5. A short geometric regularisation was performed.
