List of 'cleaned-up' PDB files.
For every PDB file in the input list a new PDB file is generated.
These new files have several characteristics:
- The symmetry environment is (deliberately) discarded.
- Waters are removed.
- Missing atoms are added by modelling.
- Asn, Gln and His are flipped to optimise hydrogen bonding.
- A short geometric regularisation was performed.
Feel free to look at the general output
explanation.
