Support

Users can ask questions by Email. Send Email to "Vriend.cmbi.umcn.nl". Normally you get an answer within 72 hours. Questions can deal with installation, WHAT IF options or the WHAT IF associated programs. We also answer scientific questions most of the time. When bugs are reported, we deliver work arounds or bug fixes. Bug fixes can come as patches for the source code or as completely new releases.

Please formulate questions such that I can understand it. If needed get help from a native English speaker.

WHAT IF related services

Several free subsets of WHAT IF will be made available. Presently there is:

• WHAT CHECK, for protein structure verification.

• The list of files used to create WHAT IF's sequence unique database of high quality structures can be obtained without restrictions.
