This server will display your entire molecule. The atoms are
coloured non-linearly as function of the B-factor.
Methods
All atoms are coloured as function of the B-factor. Colouring is
not linear. The atoms are sorted as function of their B-factors
in twelve bins. The bin with the lowest B-factor atoms will be
coloured pure blue, and the bin with the highest B-factor atoms
pure red. The other ten bins are coloured in 10 equal steps
from blue till red.
