Peptide N flip


Introduction

This server does a cis-trans flip for one residue such that mainly the N-atom flips to the other side.

Methods

This server executes the WHAT IF option N-FLP in the XRAY menu.
Either Choose a pdb-file,
Or Choose your own file
Enter the residue AFTER which to flip
