Renumber a PDB file from 1, and make all chain ids the same
Introduction
This server renumbers a PDB file such that the first
residue gets number 1 and all residues present in the
PDB file are numbered consequetively. So no numbers
are skipped at missing loops, and numbering continues
from one chain to the other. Additionally, all chain identifiers
are set to A
Methods
This server executes the WHAT IF option RENUMB.
