List all waters that make a contact with at least
one atom in the requested residue.
Methods
A contact between a residue and a water is listed
if there is an atom in the residue that is within
contact distance of the water. Two atoms are called
in contact distance by WHAT IF if the distance between
their Van der Waals radii is less than 0.25 Ångstrom.
