Displays position specific rotamers graphically.


Introduction

The position specific rotamers are shown that can be found in the WHAT IF internal structure database. Rotamers that bump with the direct environment are shown too.

Methods

Either Choose a pdb-file,
Or Choose your own file
Residue number
