Trp Phe Met Ile/Leu Pro Val Cys Ala Tyr Thr Ser Gln Glu Asn Asp Lys Arg
The position of Lys is a bit further to the right than the rules-of-thumb
dictate,
that will be explained after the next question.
This is partly a combinatorics answer using the results of the previous
question, and partly common sense. Lys will come as a surprise; make sure
the assistant explains to you where it should sit in the series. We dive
into that in the next question(s).
Gly and His are missing in this list as there are no trivial ways to
reason-out where to place them. The hydrophobicity of Gly's sidechain is
undefined because Gly has no side chain. His should be placed somewhere
near 'Glu Asn' but you cannot place it very well in this row
using the rule of thumb.
