The active site residue is Cys-10. But lets follow the hints to se how I got there.

in the output are radically different from the rest. So we better remove them.
- Yep, i see two families. A short sequence family with ptqb_eco57 in it, and a long
sequence family with ptlcb_staas in it.
- We obviously only need to look in the area that these two families have in common.
- We will have to search for residues that are suspicious in terms of active site
behaviour, like Ser, Asp, His, and Cys.
- I see fully conserved: a cysteine, a glycine, a couple leucines, a proline, and a
glutamine. Of those the cysteine, obviously, is my candidate.
