The course 'Applied bioinformatics' is a four week course for bioscientists. It has been tested on life-audiences in biology and molecular life sciences (both second year students). The first two weeks of it have been used for a two week summer course for post-doctoral bioscientists (genetics, molecular biology, etc).

When we teach this course for biologists, we teach two weeks extra. These two weeks include material about the relation between DNA and protein (translation, transcription, etc).
