Build a model on a template structure.
Template Structure Check
A set of WHAT IF checks will be run on the template structure.
Protein Model Check
A set of WHAT IF checks will be run on the model.
This server flips the peptide plane of one residue.
Peptide N flip
This server does a cis-trans flip for one residue such that mainly the N-atom flips to the other side.
Peptide O flip
This server does a cis-trans flip for one residue such that mainly the O-atom flips to the other side.
Complete a structure
With this server you can model missing sidechains in a protein.
Remove bumps from a structure
Atomic clashes (bumps) will be removed by rotating side chain torsion angles.
Compare A Model To A Solved Structure
For the evaluation of a modelling procedure the structure and its model as well as the template are superposed and many types of comparisons are performed.
Prepare PDB file for docking programs
Missing sidechains are modelled in; a small regularisation is performed; water positions are corrected; symmetry related waters are added; hydrogens are added if still needed.
