The NewProt project will design and implement a one-stop-shop portal for all in silico protein engineering work. The software of all Newprot partners will become available through a portal.

The concept of the NewProt project is to combine and integrate the best European softwares into a homogenous portal for in silico protein engineering. The predictions made by the portal regarding the effect of mutations on protein stability, selectivity, activity, production level, etcetera, will be experimetally validated to iteratively improve the quality of the software.

Registered users can use the portal freely, and unrestrictedly.
We will start distribution of the portal in January 2014.
Feel free to ask for access to the experimental version of the SSP portal. Distributors of relevant software are welcome to join the project starting January 2013; please contact us about this possibility.
